Mindfulness & Wellbeing Month

This April, Middleton Hall & Gardens will be promoting mindfulness and wellbeing through a variety of classes and workshops. Everybody relaxes and finds enjoyment in different ways, which is why we are offering a mixture of different activities, all of which can support positive mental health. From yoga to willow weaving, meditation to guided walks, we have something for everyone to enjoy and benefit from. Classes will take place on Wednesdays and Sundays throughout April.
