Hall, Courtyard and grounds closed

Due to the second national lockdown, the Hall, Courtyard and grounds have been closed to the public until further notice. Our Traditional Christmas Market which was due to take place at the end of November has been cancelled. We are sad that we cannot go ahead with our normal programme of Christmas events and activities, but completely understand that health and safety must always come first.

Our Courtyard businesses have once again been forced to close, however, many of them have websites and are selling their products online. You can even have a festive afternoon tea for two delivered to your door step contactlessly from Bake180 Coffee Shop! Small, independent businesses like those in our Courtyard need your support more than ever, so we encourage you to shop small and shop local this Christmas. You can find contact information for all businesses here.

Middleton Lake RSPB Reserve have been able to remain open and if you wish to visit them, please use their car park which can be accessed off Bodymoor Heath Road. The RSPB ask for a very small parking fee to visit their beautiful reserve, so please make sure you pay your £3 when you visit. Find out more about visiting Middleton Lakes here.

At this challenging time, we hope that all of our visitors and supporters are safe and well. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to the Hall & Gardens in the New Year for our Winter Open Week in February. Our Open Season begins earlier next year on Friday 5th March 2021. In the meantime, you can continue to support us during the winter by making a purchase from our online Gift Shop or purchasing a 2021 Season Pass for yourself or as a Christmas gift for a friend.

We very much hope that our Courtyard businesses will be able to re-open soon and we will keep you posted.

Thank you for your continued support.
