We will always recommend that you pre-book your tickets online, this helps us keep everyone safe and socially distanced. When space is available, particularly on weekdays, pre-booking isn’t always necessary, but to avoid disappointment, please always try to book in advance. Some of our Events will always be pre-booked only tickets and which ones these are will always be made clear on our website and in all of our promotion and advertising for the event.

We are open Wednesdays-Sundays between 11am and 4pm, except Friday 4th June and Saturday 12th June when we will be closed for weddings.

  • Visitors will also have to select an arrival time slot when booking which will help ease the number of people arriving at any one time.
  • When our Hall buildings re-open on Wednesday 19th May, a one way system will be in place and you will need to wear a face covering inside if you are over 11 years of age and do not have a medical exemption.
  • The Gardens and Grounds will be open as normal with one-way systems and passing places along some pathways.
  • Our toilets will be open.
  • Our Tea-room will be open serving takeaway refreshments every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between 11:30 and 15:00, and you will be able to sit inside from Friday 21st May.
  • Why not book an Afternoon Tea in our South Dining Room to enjoy on your visit, please click here to see available dates

When you purchase a ticket from our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
