Student Experience Days
Students and their tutors are invited to learn and relax in the beautiful setting of the Middleton Estate through our exclusive student experience days. We offer seminar space in our historic buildings as well as a choice of activities including guided tours, yoga and bird watching. They are designed to offer the perfect blend of enrichment and mindfulness to ease exam and essay stress.
What our student experience days offer
The tranquil, historic atmosphere of Middleton Hall & Gardens lends us well to any academic group wanting to escape campus and retreat to the countryside for a day of study and relaxation. With over 900 years of history, varied architecture and having once been home to naturalists Francis Willughby and John Ray, we are of particular interest to history, architecture and ornithology groups. We even have (tenuous) links to Jane Austen!
Universities will need to organise academic staff to lead seminars and we will do the rest! The seminar topics are up to you. We will organise each seminar in the room best-suited to the area of study. Activities available for students will depend on the season.
