Planning Your Visit
Middleton Hall has something for everyone. Whether you are interested in history, passionate about gardens, or just want a fun day out with your children or grandchildren, you are sure to create great memories here. After exploring the historic house, visitors can wander through the beautiful gardens, and take a stroll around the nature trail. The lake and nature trail are registered as a Site of Special Scientific Interest, so you are sure to spot some interesting flora and wildlife on your way around. We run events throughout the year. A full list of our events can be found here.

Visitors are allowed to bring their own food into the hall and grounds, and there is a picnic area in the glade. Your ticket allows you access to the hall and grounds for the whole day. Visitors are welcome to leave the hall during their visit and come back later, in the day providing they retain their ticket.
Dogs are allowed on site, but only in the gardens and grounds (except guide dogs, who are allowed in the main hall). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and all mess must be cleared up.
